Recipe: Berry Blue Smoothie
2 cups fresh or slightly thawedfrozen blueberries
1 (8-ounce) container low fat vanilla yogurt
1 (6-ounce) cup milk
1 (12-ounce) can pineapple juice
3 tablespoons honey
12 to 16 ice cubes
Makes 4 servings.
