2/3 cup butter
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 cup packed brown sugar, packed
2 large eggs
1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup finely chopped almonds
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons red sugar
2 teaspoons green sugar
with a mixture of red and green sugars.
