Banana Pudding Bundt Cake recipe

Cake-mix-easy, banana pudding Bundt cake,drizzled with an easy vanilla icing and topped with chopped walnuts.

Recipe: Banana Pudding BundtCake

1 (18.25-ounce) box yellow cake mix1 (3-ounce) package instant banana puddingmix4 large eggs1 cup water1/4 cup vegetable oil3/4 cup mashed banana2 cups powdered sugar2 tablespoons milk1 teaspoon vanilla extract1/2 cup walnuts, finely chopped

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).Grease and flour bundt pan and setaside.
  • In large bowl combine cake mix, puddingmix, eggs, water, vegetable oil andbanana. Beat with electric mixer for 2 minutes. Pour into prepared bundt pan.
  • Bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until caketests done. Cool cake on a wire rackfor 15 minutes. Remove cake and continue to cool on rack.
  • To Make Glaze: Beat together powderedsugar, milk and vanilla in a bowl untilsmooth and of a drizzling consistency. When cake is cooled, drizzle icing over cake. Sprinkle choppednuts over icing, if desired.

    Makes 1 bundt cake.
