This shake is a great mobile breakfastwhen you’re in a hurry. Also good poured over a bowl of cereal.
Recipe: Banana BreakfastShake
1 1/2 cups fat free skim or 1%lowfat milk
1 peeled and sliced medium banana, frozen*
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, optional
1/4 teaspoon almond extract, optional
Cinnamon for garnish, optional
Makes 2 servings.
*Wrap sliced banana in plastic wrap orplace in a freezer storage bag. Freeze several hours or overnight.
