Recipe: Apricot Smoothie
2 1/2 cups apricot nectar, chilled
1 (12-ounce) can NESTL ® CARNATION® EvaporatedMilk, chilled
1 cup ice cubes
3 tablespoons granulated sugar (or to taste)
Makes 4 servings.
- Pear nectar can be substituted for theapricot nectar.
