Recipe: Apple Raspberry CrumbCake
Cake and Topping:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup Quaker® Oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked)
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
8 tablespoons margarine or butter, chilled
1/4 cup ricotta cheese
3/4 cup sour cream
2 egg whites, lightly beatenFilling:
2 cups chopped apple (about 2 medium)
1/3 cup seedless raspberry jam
2/3 teaspoons all-purpose flour
Powdered sugar for garnish
