1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 large egg
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 cups cored and finely chopped Granny Smith apples
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
Lemon frozen yogurt (optional)
