Recipe: After-School StrawberryShake
1 pint basket California strawberries,stemmed (frozen strawberries can be substituted)
2 medium bananas, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
3 cups ice cubes – divided use
1/2 cup nonfat vanilla or plain yogurt
1/2 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons honey
Makes 2 servings.
